Delivery
We dispatch within 1–2 working days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 2–3 days for Sindh and Punjab, and 3–5 days for other regions. You'll receive a tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel leaves our shop.

Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 3,000; below that, a flat charge of Rs. 200 applies.

Returns and exchanges
If something isn't right, please message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out for you.

We gladly accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Because our fabric is cut to length from the bolt for each customer, we're unable to accept returns simply due to a change of mind — we hope you'll understand.

Please keep the fabric uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging until your return is confirmed.

At DAATA Fabrics, every bolt is sourced from trusted mills and checked before it reaches you, so the fabric arrives in the condition it should.

To keep it that way:

Wash separately the first time, as rich colours may release a little dye. Use cold water and a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and prolonged soaking. Dry in shade to protect the colour, and iron on the setting suited to the fabric — low for chiffon and blended fabrics, medium to high for cotton and lawn.

For heavily embroidered or delicate pieces, dry cleaning is the safest choice.
